SQLite adapter for noy-db — single-file local encrypted document store. Works with better-sqlite3, node:sqlite (Node 22+), or bun:sqlite via a duck-typed Database interface. casAtomic: true (BEGIN IMMEDIATE + UPDATE WHERE _v=?).
