Without SLSA provenance there is no cryptographic link between this tarball and the public source — the axios compromise (March 2026) relied on exactly this gap.

Findings the reviewer chose to accept rather than block on.

SourceRuleReasonAccepted byWhen
install-scripts install-script:preinstall AI (install-scripts): only-allow pnpm is a standard package manager enforcement pattern; stable for this package. ai
typosquat typosquat.levenshtein:chalk AI (typosquat): Scoped @sentio org package; Levenshtein match to chalk is coincidental, not a typosquat. ai
semgrep semgrep:shady-links-tlds AI (semgrep): Fires on blockchain explorer URLs in chain metadata (e.g. mantlescan.xyz); not C2 or exfiltration. ai
bogus-package bogus-package AI (bogus-package): Monorepo utility package; missing repo/keywords/deps fields are consistent with its structure across 123 versions. ai

v3.4.31

2 findings
LOW No provenance attestation provenance

Package was published without Sigstore provenance. Consider requesting the maintainer enable provenance via CI/CD.

INFO Publisher changed: frozenluo → allendragon (on 2026-05-09, known maintainer) provenance

This version was published by a different npm account (allendragon) than the most recent previously approved version (frozenluo) on 2026-05-09, but allendragon is listed as a maintainer on prior approved versions (matched on name). This looks like a manual publish by a known maintainer rather than a publisher change. Recorded as INFO for audit trail.
