Supply chain provenance
Status for the latest visible version.
Without SLSA provenance there is no cryptographic link between this tarball and the public source — the axios compromise (March 2026) relied on exactly this gap.

| Source | Rule | Reason | Accepted by | When |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| dependencies | unvetted-dep:@equinor/videx-wellog | AI (dependencies): First-party Equinor dependency used consistently across all versions of this package; stable false positive. | ai | |
| publish-pattern | dormant-publish | AI (publish-pattern): Equinor org package with 143 versions; dormancy plausible for internal tooling, no suspicious changes in this release. | ai | |
| bogus-package | bogus-package | AI (bogus-package): Legitimate Equinor org package with 143 versions; missing metadata is cosmetic, not a spam/malware signal. | ai | |
| npm-metadata | no-description | AI (npm-metadata): Established scoped org package; empty description is a metadata gap, not a risk indicator. | ai | |
| phantom-deps | phantom-dep:convert-units | AI (phantom-deps): convert-units is a declared runtime dep; phantom-dep heuristic fires but it's likely used indirectly or in config. | ai |
